Testbourne Community School, an 11-16 comprehensive school with an extremely able cohort, is an Outstanding School (Ofsted 2010) that provides a forward thinking, outward looking and vibrant learning environment. Learning Coach

Are you interested in working with children? Are you someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people? Are you interested in a career in teaching but unsure of what phase to choose, or whether it’s right for you? We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and ambitious Learning Coach to support the learning of SEN students. This post is suitable for candidates with previous experience of working with young people, or those who wish to gain more experience before considering a career in teaching.

We have a number of vacancies within our SEND department and we can offer a range of flexible working arrangements to suit the right candidates – this could be full-time, part-time, school hours, later starts and earlier finishes.
