Testbourne Community School, an 11-16 comprehensive school with an extremely able cohort, that provides a forward thinking, outward looking and vibrant learning environment. The school serves the town of Whitchurch and the surrounding area and is within easy reach of Winchester, Newbury, Basingstoke and Southampton with good transport links to the M3 and A34.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and ambitious Learning Coach to support the learning of SEN students, who wants to make a difference in the lives of young people. This post is suitable for candidates with previous experience of working with young people, or those who wish to gain more experience before considering a career in teaching.
We can offer a range of flexible working arrangements to suit the right candidates – this could be full-time, part-time, school hours, later starts and earlier finishes.
Senior Site Manager

We are looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager who prides themselves in their work, ensures compliance, is proactive in implementing improvements to the site and maintains high standards in all that they do.
We are seeking applications from experienced facility managers with a passion for delivering first class services for the school, students, staff and wider community. The ideal candidate will have experience of site management, knowledge of health & safety and compliance. You will be able to effectively manage a team, and communicate professionally with staff, contractors and other site users.
